We want every order from Happy Horizon Co. to bring you joy. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right—quickly and hassle-free.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be still in original packaging (the inner packaging must not be tampered with)

Product was never assembled or used

The product and packaging is in full salable condition when received back to our warehouse
All returns must be post-dated within 30 days of the delivery date. Should the return exceed the 30-day window or arrives in extremely used condition, it will not be accepted and a refund, exchange, or replacement will be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items:
- 30 days of delivery
- photo or video evidence
- refund or send a free replacement—your choice.
Returns Not Required
We don’t usually require returns. Why? Because international shipping is costly and time-consuming. Instead, we focus on fast resolutions that save you time and money.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped.
Tracking & Notifications
You’ll receive:
- A confirmation email as soon as you place your order
- Tracking updates automatically once your package ships
Make sure your email is correct at checkout so you stay in the loop!
Delivered Orders
If tracking shows your order was delivered, a refund or replacement will not be issued unless:
- non-delivery certification from your local post office confirming the package was not received.
This policy helps protect against lost or stolen packages while ensuring fair resolutions.
